SocialHub AI Terms of ServiceSocialHub AI Terms of ServiceSocialHub ("the Service") is a social media management platform operated by Ro Marketing Group, enabling creators, brands and agencies ("Users") to manage their social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Users can connect their own social media accounts via each platform's official OAuth authorization flow, schedule and publish their own original content, view and reply to comments received on their content (including AI-assisted moderation configured by the User), and view analytics about their own channels.
Access is provided through invited User accounts. Each User (or each of an agency's clients) operates within a separate workspace; data is not shared between workspaces.
Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage, and may publish only content they have the rights to publish. Use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service and community guidelines. Automated replies are configured and controlled by the User, who remains responsible for the content of every reply and post sent on their behalf.
Users may disconnect any account or delete their data at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms.
