These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialHub AI (the "Service"), a social media management platform operated by Bezavit Acheret (A Different Angle) ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://socialhub.adifferentangle.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SocialHub AI enables creators, brands and agencies ("Users") to manage their social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube from a single dashboard, including: (a) connecting their own social media accounts via each platform's official OAuth authorization flow; (b) scheduling and publishing their own original content; (c) viewing and replying to comments received on their own content, including optional AI-assisted moderation and translation configured by the User; and (d) viewing analytics about their own channels.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. New registrations may be subject to administrator approval.
Each User (or each of an agency's clients) operates within a separate workspace. Data belonging to one workspace is not visible to other workspaces or to other Users, except to administrators of the Service for support and maintenance purposes.
You may connect only social media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms, and the YouTube Terms of Service. We may disconnect an account or suspend functionality if required by the relevant platform. Access tokens granted to the Service may be revoked by you at any time from within the Service or from the relevant platform's security settings.
You retain all rights to the content you upload or publish through the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish, and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law. Automated replies, moderation rules and AI instructions are configured and controlled by you; you remain solely responsible for the content of every reply, comment action and post sent on your behalf by the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send spam, deceptive or misleading content; (b) infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights; (c) harass, defame or abuse any person; (d) publish unlawful content or content that violates the policies of a connected platform; (e) interfere with, probe or disrupt the Service or attempt to access data of other Users; (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
The Service offers AI-based features such as comment classification, reply suggestions, translations and caption suggestions. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for all automated behavior you enable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
The Service is currently provided to invited Users without charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any fees will be communicated in advance and will require your agreement before you are charged.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Bezavit Acheret (A Different Angle) and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the SocialHub AI Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content will be published at the exact scheduled time, or that any third-party platform will remain available or continue to permit integration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bezavit Acheret (A Different Angle) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bezavit Acheret (A Different Angle) from any claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's policies.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with notice if you materially breach these Terms, or immediately where required for security or legal reasons. Sections 5, 9 and 11-13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
