This Privacy Policy explains how Bezavit Acheret (A Different Angle) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with SocialHub AI (the "Service"), available at https://socialhub.adifferentangle.ai. By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
a. Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash).
b. Connected platform credentials. When you connect a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube) through the platform's official OAuth flow, we receive and store access and refresh tokens for that account, together with basic profile information (account name, identifier and avatar). We never receive or store your social media passwords.
c. Content data. To provide the Service we process and store: comments received on your own content (including their automatic classification and translations); metadata about your posts (titles, identifiers, statistics); and videos, captions and images you upload for publishing, which are retained temporarily and routinely deleted after publication.
d. Usage and log data. We keep standard technical logs (timestamps, actions performed, errors) for security and reliability purposes.
e. Cookies. We use a single session cookie strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We use the information described above exclusively to operate the features you activate: fetching and displaying comments on your content; sending the replies and moderation actions you configure; publishing the content you schedule; generating AI classifications, translations and suggestions; producing analytics about your own channels; sending you the notifications you enable (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram or email alerts); and securing and maintaining the Service. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Data obtained from connected platforms is used only as needed to provide user-facing features that you request, and in accordance with each platform's developer policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements). We share information only with: (a) the connected platforms themselves, as necessary to perform the actions you request (e.g., posting a reply via the platform's API); (b) service providers that host or process data on our behalf — our hosting provider (Fly.io) and, for AI features, an AI processing provider that receives only the text being processed (e.g., a comment's text for classification or translation), without your account credentials; and (c) authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Access tokens are stored for as long as the related account remains connected; disconnecting an account deletes its tokens immediately. Uploaded videos are deleted routinely after publication. Comment and analytics data is retained while your workspace is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and workspace data at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
All communication with the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
Subject to applicable law (including Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time (for example by disconnecting an account or deleting your SocialHub AI account). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our servers are provided by Fly.io and may be located outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
