(a) OAuth access tokens for the social accounts a User has chosen to connect — used exclusively to perform the actions the User requested (fetching comments on their content, posting their replies, publishing their videos); (b) comments received on the User's own content, along with automatic classification and translations, for moderation purposes; (c) the videos and captions the User uploads for publishing, retained temporarily until published and then routinely deleted.
We do not sell or share User data with third parties. We do not access content beyond what is needed for the features the User activated. AI classification/translation is performed via an AI provider using only the text of the comment being processed.
Disconnecting an account immediately removes its access token. Users may request full deletion of their workspace data at any time.
